Availability for all support requests:

Level 1 (Human and AI-Enhanced) – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, all year
Level 2 (Human, for Escalations, Orders and Payments) – starting from 06-10-2024, the following times apply:

08:00-01:00 (GMT +0) – Monday to Friday
10:00-01:00 (GMT +0) – Saturdays and General Holidays

Sundays, Christmas and New Year’s Eve have support on general outages (Level 1). Other than these, all other technical tickets are rolled to the following day.

Unrelated urgencies (e.g. billing) must be sent via e-mail to company[at]c-servers.co.uk and are reserved for businesses only.

Backend monitorization still occurs 24/7.
