Availability:
Level 1 (Human, AI-Enhanced) – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, all year
Level 2 (Human, for Escalations) – Monday to Saturday, 11:00-24:00 (GMT+0) or 08:00-21:00 (GMT -3), also available Sundays without fixed schedule.
Level 3 (Human + Call) – same as Level 2, available after, during and before those schedules, on an appointment basis.
