13:00-02:00 (GMT +0) – Saturday and Holidays
Sundays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve –
Non-fixed timetable, floating-answers system
Availability for Orders and Payments and Other support execution:
08:00-02:00 (GMT +0) – Monday to Friday
Saturday has a non-fixed timetable, floating-answers system; non-technical support is not provided on Sundays and UK holidays.
