Privacy Policy
Centerfield Ltd. provides hosting services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All registered clients of Centerfield Ltd. agree to and are subject to our Terms and Conditions, Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and the following Privacy Policy: In an effort to protect our client’s and site visitor’s privacy and rights, Centerfield Ltd. has established a Privacy Policy which explains what information we gather on visitors and what we do with information that we gather. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Centerfield Ltd. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of this Web site (hereby also mentioned as “client” or “clients”).

The type of personal information we collect
Centerfield Ltd. may collect personally identifiable information from clients through online forms for ordering products and services. We may also collect information about how clients use our Web site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web site or the domains from which Users originate. We use “cookies” to track how clients use our web site. Only when making payments does Centerfield Ltd. share payee information with third parties and, strictly, for payment purposes or others eventually required by the financial institution. This is exclusively to prevent fraudulent purchases with malicious intent or from stolen cards. Any other information will not be sold or shared to third parties.

Under some services and offerings, personally identifiable information may be kept to a minimum or may not even be applicable, according to the respective policies of the upstream, the specific product or service bought, among others. In those cases, final users will be directly responsible for DMCA-ignored or similarly-thought services, should the event abide to any user, identified or not, and suitable action may be taken accordingly regarding technical abuse. Centerfield Ltd. refuses to abide for any kind of damage regarding usage of those services, and reserves the right to, should a criminal offence exist, fully cooperate in court. The user explicitly understands it’s his full responsibility undertaking those services, Centerfield Ltd. merely operating as a neutral intermediary for the user’s final and undisclosed actions.

How we use information
Centerfield Ltd. may use personally identifiable information collected through our website to contact clients regarding products and services offered by Centerfield Ltd. and its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance clients experience with Centerfield Ltd. and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. Personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to our business partners without prior consent, with the exception of law-abiding actions, where applicable and if applicable.

Centerfield Ltd. may use the services of other providers (upstream providers) to provide certain services to its customers, temporarily or permanently, partially or in full. Such practice will only occur when the customer objectively gets an advantage with such practice that, otherwise, Centerfield Ltd. wouldn’t be able to give in the same way, for technical, practical or financial reasons. Under this case, Centerfield Ltd. may have to abide to the upstream company’s privacy policy, terms and conditions and similar documents, even if the resulting privacy policy/T&Cs are more restrictive than CFLD’s, if those are enforced upon Centerfield Ltd.

Users have the right, should any technical/legal question arise, to contact Centerfield Ltd. and ask if the company is using an upstream provider to ensure their services (partially or in full), to understand what is the involved company, and to verify their Privacy Policy and T&Cs to check compliance – except if, by disclosing what is the potential partner, relevant NDAs/contracts/confidentiality agreements apply in such a way that Centerfield Ltd. is prevented of providing such details. If such an exception applies, Centerfield Ltd. will at least detail to the prospective or current customer if (and where) does the privacy policy/T&C become stricter than Centerfield Ltd’s, and in which way, ensuring the customer’s best interest.
